You can enter twice - Here's my two entries - both are colored with copic pens and matted in Stampin Up Indigo Island & Concord Crush. The background is made using the shaving foam technique. It's a little messy, but the finish is well worth it.
Blue Mermaid - I found this digi on Bogg's Blogg - this is an embroidery site, but they do have a cute images that can be used for cards making and scrapbooking.
