Fine Feathers
I ordered a new stamp set from Stampin up - Fine Feathers - I wasn't sure if I would use the set much, but it is becoming one of my favorites along with the color Gumball Green.  Here are a few samples using both and a few vintage techniques.
The first uses Stampin Up paper and stamp pads of Gumball Green & Wisteria Wonder.

The second uses Gumball Green and Tempting Turquoise.

K & Company paper Sea glass - I love it - I could use five more packs, unfortunately my local craft store no longer carries it.  I made this album for a co-worker for Christmas - She loves the beach

This little cutie I made for my Nieces Baby Shower.  Colored with Copic markers

I couldn't wait to get my hands on this  stamp set from Stampin Up!!!   PLEASANT POPPIES.       Using Stampin Up cardstock and Ink - Gumball Green and Midnight Muse.  I created the marbling sky effect using a sponge and Midnight Muse stamp pad.  I colored the poppies with Copic Markers.

Pillowtop Technique examples

Soft Suede - Stampin Up Ink pad  & StampIn Up Stamp Set By The Seashore

Blushing Bride - Stampin Up Ink pad  & StampIn Up Stamp Set By the Seashore
This stampset is from Stampin Up - Christmas deer - The immediate background behind the deer is done by distressing white card stock with an inkpad.  The main background is a technique called pillowtop -- I have a tutorial for this on my blog.

Happy stamping!!!!!   Please post a comment with your blog so I can see your cards!!!
