Tim Holz Sizzix Brushstroke Flowers & Mixed Media #1(used as a Stencil)
The background was pulled with Gel Plate using matte paint in Bavarian Creme and Skyline. I added Skyline pain the distress medium and stenciled around the edges.
Used Pitt Big Brush pens to color the images
