Scrapers Delight Bling it up Challenge

Here's my Blingtastic creation for Scrapper's Delight  Challenge

I colored this Scraper's Delight digital image with Copic markers -  W3, RV34, E99, E04, E21, YG06 &YG25.   I backed with Stampin Up card stock Night of Navy and a piece of card stock I applied shaving cream technique to.  Blinged it up with some scrap green ribbon and jewels.  It may not be enough to qualify for a Bling it up Creation, but it's more than I usually Bling.
